Pay-Slip Module Details

The Pay-Slip Generation feature of
this software divides the monthly Pay into two parts
After the generation of the employee
profile, where we specify the monthly salary, and other details of
the employee, then we specify the allowances and deductions as per
the job profile in the Pay Grouping sub-module. |
In this module of the software, we
use the above gathered information of the employee and allow the
user to make changes in the allowances and deductions (already
assigned to the employee) for that particular month as per the
requirements. After this the Gross Salary is calculated
automatically for that month.
The 12th month pay slip serves as
the yearly statement of accounts and can be used as a certificate of
income for the Income Tax purposes. This itself will save effort and
money for any company.
